Gift Voucher Terms of Use

Our gift vouchers are an electronic voucher that gets emailed to you so you can redeem it online. Diamond Corporation SA gift vouchers are only available in South African Rands. Once the recipient receives the gift certificate, it can be used immediately on diamondcorporation.co.za An electronic gift voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can it be returned for a cash refund. An electronic gift voucher may not be transferred to any other third party recipient. Any unused amount will remain available for future purchases under the same gift voucher number.

For security purposes, Diamond Corporation SA ® is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.

To help us ensure the recipient identity and to protect against fraudulent activity, we require the use of a credit card when they redeem their gift voucher at checkout.

Credit cards will not be charged unless the order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher. If the recipient do not wish to use a credit card to redeem the gift voucher, they may call customer service during office hours on +27877001219

Gift voucher balances can be viewed at any time.

Gift vouchers or unused portions have an expiry date and if not used before the date indicated on the electronic gift voucher, will expire and the remaining value will be forfeited.
